Our prime objective is to develop IT professionals who are capable of learning, applying and demonstrating their skills in the AI era.
Such a mission demands more than personal assumptions or conventional teaching methods. It requires systematic planning, critical evaluation and continuous improvement.
That is why I have been developing the Ekalavya training modules through an iterative process of design, review and refinement, using ChatGPT (OpenAI) as an AI-assisted evaluation partner.
Eight major training modules have undergone critical review, examining their learning objectives, instructional structure, learning methodology, practical relevance and contribution to IT career readiness.
The corresponding reviews provide an additional perspective on the design and educational value of these modules. The remaining modules in our development pipeline will undergo similar evaluation as they are completed.
